- Click on "start"
- Click "All Programs"
- Click "Microsoft Works"
- Open "Microsoft Works Word Processor"
To Save Work:
- Once finished with your work click on "file"
- Select "save as.."
- "save in" where you would like to save your file. eg: Desktop.
- Enter File Name.
- Click on "save"
To Retrive File:
- Click "File" top right corner
- Click "Open"
- Click on "Look In" ( where you have saved you work ) can be Desktop/My Computer ect..
- Select folder
- Enter the "file name"
- Click "open"
To Print:
- Click "file"
- Select "print"
- Select printer name "Name"
- "Copies"
- Select your paper size A4,A3,A2 ect...
- Click "OK"
