Appts Week 11 & 12

In week 11 we didn't do any real presentation, however we worked on our final poster.
Our team come up with few ideas on how its going to look like and the final design was based similar  to the idea i had.


Week 12- We worked on a presentation to do with Maori culture and their believes and also how they respect their land. We talked about the Treaty and how the Maori people  miss understood the meaning.
Our presentation went well over all and every one of our team mates had the chance to talk and every one was happy at the end of the day.

now its time to work on our final poster haha...

Week 9 APPT

Today were doing  Customer Service relations.

I personally find it boring as i know all these things already. We were showed a video in the morning to do with customer service it was out of date and it was boring at the same time, Yes it did have some main points of communication skills in there, but i'm sure a lot of the people would of figured it out on their own without watching the video.

I also find it that its better if the lecturer talks more rudder than just showing us a video than heading of to do group work. Overall i think its a good course for people that struggle with speaking out in group so will help them improve. 

Week 5 & 6 APPT


In week 5 we did the health and safety presentation i found it kind of easy as i have no problem of getting in front of the class  and speaking out. We did well as team we got straight onto it and always finish faster than the time expected.

Week 6 we did sustainability it was interesting to do and we found it Little harder than the h & s but we worked well as a team and got it done. once again we finished way before time and were just waiting around for the presentation time to come which is kinda annoying as you cant get stuck into any other work during the time.

I find APPT alright as in some points its really boring waiting around but i guess it would be used well in the future. I have no problem with communication skill as i work around people all the time and i know how to approach in the correct manner.   

Appt -Lesson 3

For this lesson we mainly did a group activity, I found the activity fun to do due to team work.
I think our team worked well together and we had range of idea coming across from everyone within the group.

We made a slideshow on our presentation, I felt little bit nervous at the beginning of the presentation but once it started I had my confidence up and did well overall.
The one thing I think our group could of done better on was probably time management as on the last question we rushed our answer together and didn’t really have much time to think about it.
